Christmas Dispatch Deadlines
For the optimal likelihood of receiving your order by Christmas Day, please ensure your orders are placed by the 17th December for standard shipping in order to meet the Australia Post dispatch deadline of December 18th. For express shipping, order by December 19th for dispatch deadline of December 20th 2023. More information from Australia Post can be found here.

Our orders are dispatched from our warehouse after 1-4 business days. This may vary due to public holidays and sale or busy periods. After orders are dispatched they can take up to 4-5 business days to arrive depending on your location.
We will email you once dispatch has occurred. All products are sent via Australia Post or Courier using tracked mail. Your unique tracking code will be emailed to you with details of how to track your parcel, until it arrives on your doorstep. Please ensure someone is available to accept your package.
