For orders under $175:
$15 for up to 2kg

$20 for 2kg and above

Our orders are dispatched from our warehouse after 1-4 business days. This may vary due to public holidays and sale or busy periods. After orders are dispatched they can take up to 4-5 business days to arrive depending on your location.

We will email you once dispatch has occurred. All products are sent via Australia Post or Courier using tracked mail. Your unique tracking code will be emailed to you with details of how to track your parcel, until it arrives on your doorstep. Please ensure someone is available to accept your package.

We also offer express shipping for $20+ dependent on order weight. Price will be calculated at checkout.

PARCEL PROTECTION & CLAIMS POLICY:

Parcel Protection & Claims Policy
At Leisures, we want your order to arrive safely. We offer Parcel Protection for $4.95 AUD at checkout to protect your order from loss, damage, or theft during transit.

What Parcel Protection Covers
If Shipping Protection is added to your order, it covers the following situations:
Lost Packages
  • If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.
Damaged Items
  • If your order arrives damaged during shipping.
Stolen Packages
  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located.
Filing a Claim
To submit a claim, please contact our support team with your order number and details of the issue via our email info@leisures.com.au.
Claims must be submitted within the following timeframes:
  • Lost packages: within 7 days after the expected delivery date
  • Damaged items: within 5 days of delivery
  • Stolen packages: within 5 days of delivery
For damaged items, customers will be asked to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Claim Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Leisures may offer one of the following resolutions:
  • Replacement of the item
  • Store credit
  • Refund of the affected item(s)
What Is Not Covered
Shipping Protection does not cover:
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages marked as delivered where evidence of theft is not provided
  • Claims submitted outside of the required timeframe
Orders Without Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection is not selected at checkout, Leisures is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being handed over to the shipping carrier. Customers are welcome to follow up any issues with the shipping carrier.
