Due to the volume of Black Friday sales, please be patient with us as we fulfil your orders placed within the black friday period (26th November -2nd December). Orders may take longer than usual to dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, please refer to your Australia post tracking number for updates.
*CHRISTMAS CUT OFF DATES*
We recommend placing and Christmas orders as soon as possible for the best chance of delivery prior to Christmas Day. We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries and therefore cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date, but recommend you adhere to the Australia Post 'Christmas Cut-off' dates which can be found here.
For parcels being sent to destinations within NSW the Australia Post cut off date is 20/12/24, however please place your order with us by the 18th of December so we can hand it over to Australia Post by the 20th.

For orders under $150:
$15 for up to 2kg
$20 for 2kg and above
Our orders are dispatched from our warehouse after 1-4 business days. This may vary due to public holidays and sale or busy periods. After orders are dispatched they can take up to 4-5 business days to arrive depending on your location.
We will email you once dispatch has occurred. All products are sent via Australia Post or Courier using tracked mail. Your unique tracking code will be emailed to you with details of how to track your parcel, until it arrives on your doorstep. Please ensure someone is available to accept your package.
