Online Returns Policy

Do you need to make a return? Don't worry! We're committed to ensuring the process is as convenient and easy as it can be. If you need to return or exchange your product, feel free to return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to read our Returns & Exchange Policy below to see if your order eligible. 

This policy applies to all purchases made online at leisures.com.au. If you have purchased your shoes from a Leisures Store, please contact our stores here for further assistance. 

 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure it meets all the terms and conditions listed below:

 

BLACK FRIDAY SALE - UP TO 70% OFF
Please note that any items purchased during our Black Friday sale period (26th November-2nd of December) are NOT eligible for a cash refund. You can return for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items marked as clearance will not be eligible for an exchange or credit, all sales are final.

FULL PRICED SHOES
Full priced shoes, including those purchased on short promotions (e.g. flash sale 20% off full-price boots) or with a one-off discount/voucher code (eg. 10% Off first order code) are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods* 
 
SALE ITEMS & APPAREL(INCLUDES BAGS, HATS & JEWELLERY)
Non-refundable for a change of mind. May be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of receipt of goods*. During 'everything on sale' all items storewide are sale items.
 
CLEARANCE ITEMS
Non refundable, non exchangeable. Occasionally an item on Sale or Clearance is reduced because of slight imperfections which will not affect performance and functionality, these items are not considered faulty. 
 
ACCESSORIES
Non-refundable, non-exchangeable unless item provided is faulty.

Refundid - Instant refunds

If the item you have purchased from our online store is faulty, unfit for a disclosed purpose or does not match the description, please contact customer service info@leisures.com.au for further assistance.

All postage returns for a refund or exchange are at the expense of the customer. For Australian customers, we charge a flat rate of $15.00 AUD. For international returns please contact us on 1300 65 9995. Leisures will only accept items that have not been worn and are in the original condition and packaging. We recommend checking all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within the 30 day timeframe. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event that an order is returned to us because of an insufficient address, our Customer Service team will reach out to you to coordinate a re-delivery. Customers who choose to return an order and mark the parcel as "Return to Sender" will have the $15.00 shipping fee deducted from their refunded amount.

Please ensure your items match the return criteria outlined above.

  • Here you can choose whether you would like…
    - an Instant refund
    - a Standard Refund (refund processed back to the original method of payment once the item is received at our warehouse)
    - an Exchange (please specify what you would like to exchange for and our customer service team will be in touch.)
    - ONLINE Store Credit
    - IN-STORE Credit
  • Ship your items back to Leisures warehouse within the next 3 days, using the Australia Post returns label provided by our returns portal. Attach the label to the outside of the original post bag and take it to the post office. Note: Please do not stick the label directly on shoe boxes or clothing bags. Items must be placed in a post bag.
  • Keep your receipt with your returns tracking number, as you may need to enter it in your Refundid Account if you select an Instant refund.
  • Your return is being processed! If you have selected an Instant Refund through Refundid, your return will be lodged and paid out instantly to your nominated bank account. If you selected a standard return, exchange or credit, once it has been received at our warehouse by our team you will receive your selected return reimbursement.
Note: Standard Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used within 10 business days (depending on customers bank processing times), after the item has been received in original condition. Please be patient with our team whilst they process your return.

 

At this time, our retail stores are unable to accept returns or exchanges for online orders. Please note that online orders can only be returned to our warehouse only.
