Online Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This policy applies to online purchases only at leisures.com.au. For in-store purchases, please contact your local Leisures store.


Return Eligibility

Footwear (Full Price)
  • Eligible for refund to original payment method, exchange, or store credit

  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging

Sale Items

Sale items are any products discounted but not marked as ā€œFinal Saleā€ or ā€œClearanceā€, including short-term promotions such as flash sales.

  • Not eligible for refunds

  • Eligible for exchange or store credit only

  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging

Accessories & Apparel (Non-Footwear)
  • No refunds unless faulty

  • Eligible for exchange or store credit only

  • Must be unworn and in original packaging

Clearance / Final Sale
  • Final sale — no refunds or exchanges

  • Items reduced due to minor imperfections are not considered faulty

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

  • Australia: Flat rate $15 AUD

Instant Refunds with Refundid

We offer instant refunds via Refundid. Select this option when lodging your return.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Enter your order number and email in the returns portal

  2. Select items and choose your return option:

    • Instant Refund (where applicable)

    • Standard Return

    • Exchange

    • Online Store Credit

    • In-Store Credit

  3. Ship items back within 7Ā days of lodging your return using the provided Australia Post label (Items must be packed in a post bag — do not attach labels directly to shoe boxes or clothing bags.)

  4. Keep your tracking receipt

Standard returns are processed within 10 business days after the return is received and approved.


Return to Sender

Orders marked ā€œReturn to Senderā€ will incur a $15 shipping fee, deducted from the refunded amount.


In-Store Returns

If you would like to initiate a return at one of our stores, please email info@leisures.com.au before visiting. Refunds/Exchanges/Store credits are not processed in-store, and online orders must be returned to our warehouse for assessment.
