You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This policy applies to online purchases only at leisures.com.au. For in-store purchases, please contact your local Leisures store.

How to Return Your Order

Ship items back within 7Ā days of lodging your return using the provided Australia Post label (Items must be packed in a post bag ā do not attach labels directly to shoe boxes or clothing bags.)

Keep your tracking receipt
Standard returns are processed within 10 business days after the return is received and approved.
Return to Sender
Orders marked āReturn to Senderā will incur a $15 shipping fee, deducted from the refunded amount.
In-Store Returns
If you would like to initiate a return at one of our stores, please email info@leisures.com.au before visiting. Refunds/Exchanges/Store credits are not processed in-store, and online orders must be returned to our warehouse for assessment.
