Store Supervisor
We're looking for talented leaders who have a passion for sales, are KPI driven, are available weekends, love fashion and shoes and who have experience in similar roles. 

Our Store Supervisors are responsible for driving sales on the shop floor, visual merchandising, rosters, training new staff 'the Leisures way', reporting directly to the Area Manager and in their absence the CEO on the daily, weekly and monthly success or their store, managing stock including deliveries, stock stakes, slow sellers. Our Store Supervisors are brand ambassadors who love Leisures.

Area Manager
As the Area Manager, you will report directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for the performance of all the stores and store staff: 5 stores are on Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches, with one store in Orange, NSW. The Area Manager will work with the marketing and buying departments in order to maximise growth in sales and profit across our retail stores. 

Our Area Manager will have key responsibilities in leadership, KPI driven results, culture, management and in being an ambassador.

Digital Marketing Coordinator
We're looking for someone who is data driven that can work with the stores and our head office to drive online sales, foot traffic to stores and brand awareness.

This person will be responsible for analysing our databases and working with our head office staff to develop and implement creative marketing strategies. Our Digital Marketing Coordinator will be closely familiar with our reports, customer database, and KPI's; therefore needing an excellent attention to detail. 

Our ideal candidate is a self motivated, enthusiastic person who thrives on problem solving and creative marketing. This person has extensive knowledge in social media and online advertising, including SEO analytics.
Proven experience in marketing is essential.

Operations Coordinator & Inventory Manager
This is a storemans role with a difference. We're looking for a versatile, detail-oriented person who has experience in a warehouse environment to help deliver and manage our stock. This person must have a current drivers license.

This is an active, hands on role requiring aptitude, physical stock processing and deliveries to our Sydney stores. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical skill with great attention to detail and be self motivated. They will be responsible for physical stock processing and deliveries. An understanding of computers and Microsoft Office is essential.
