Depending on how long it has been since you placed your order you may be unable to cancel it. If we have already dispatched your items, it is too late to cancel the order and you will need to return your goods via post once they arrive at your address.
If you have made a mistake on your order please call us on 1300 65 9995 and we will endeavour to assist you before your items are dispatched.
Unfortunately in most cases, we are unable to change your shipping details since the information you enter in your order is automatically input into our AusPost Ready-To-Ship system.
However, once you receive your tracking information you should be able to contact Australia Post to request a redirect of your parcel.
Shipping
Within Australia: We charge a flat rate of $15.00 per order up to 3kg, and $20.00 per order 3kg+
However, all orders over $150 have free shipping!
International shipping: International rates may vary depending on your region. Call our international line +61 2 9986 2999 for more information.
We deliver using Australian post, and as such we can deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers!
Delivery wait times from dispatch may vary from state to state and even city to city. Most people living in urban locations should receive their parcels around 2-7 business days from dispatch. However remote locations may experience up to 7-10 days of lead time.
We endeavour to process and dispatch online orders within 2 working days.
However, where stock needs to be transferred from our stores prior dispatch, or where items need to be consolidated for multiple pair orders, delivery times may increase by 2-5 days.
If one or more of your ordered items is located at our store in Orange, to save you additional wait time we may dispatch your items separately.
Upon dispatch, you should receive tracking information automatically, if you have not received tracking information after 4 business days, please contact us.
Australia Post will usually redirect your parcel to your local post office for collection if no one is at home when the order arrives.
Shoe Care

While some of our shoes (like our Goretex range) are water resistant, we do recommend adding the extra protection of waterproofing. Using something like a water or stain spray can help protect your shoes in the long run.

Returns
You can read our policy on returns and exchanges here.
We always want you to be happy with your purchase! If you do want to return an item, you will need to fill out the returns/exchange request form at the bottom of our Returns Policy. Once you have been approved you will need to post your items to our warehouse, or drop them in store if you wish to save on postage.
As soon as we receive the items being returns we will issue you a refund, and you will then receive an automatic email informing you that the refund has been processed.
As soon as we receive your returned items back to our warehouse we can process your refund. While you will receive an automatic notification via email once it has been processed, it can sometimes take up to 5-7 business days for some banks to talk to others and the funds to come into your account.
Provided they meet the criteria outlined in our Returns Policy you certainly can exchange your items for a different size or colour.

Once approved you will need to post your items to our warehouse, or drop them in store is you wish to save on postage. Once we receive your items in stock we can dispatch your new exchanged items.
