We fulfil orders as soon as possible, however due to a high number of orders, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed.
Please allow up to 3 business days for a response. During the EOFY Sale, emails will be prioritised over social media messages, emailing us is the best way to get in touch. Please contact us at info@leisures.com.au.
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $175. Shipping cost is $15 for all orders below this threshold. For more details visit our shipping page here.
You may not have received a gift with purchase for a few reasons...
1. You didn't meet the minimum spend threshold
2. You removed the gift with purchase from your cart when checking out
3. We ran out of stock of your Gift With Purchase. Unfortunately sometimes this happens, especially when we have more orders than anticipated. As stated in our terms and conditions, gifts with purchase are strictly while stocks last.
If you believe you didn't receive your gift with purchase for another reason, feel free to contact info@leisures.com.au. Note there is a 3+ business day reply time at present.
Currently our INNES pouch is an exclusive free gift when you spend over $300 during our EOFY sale. However, due to overwhelming interest we are looking to add her into our permanent collection down the track.
