Leisures Online EOFY Sale - Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made during the Leisures End of Financial Year Sale (“EOFY Sale”) held from 5.00pm 16th June to 30th June 2026, online at leisures.com.au.

By making a purchase during the EOFY Sale period, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. SALE DATES & DISCOUNT STRUCTURE

The EOFY Sale discount structure is as follows:

Discounts apply to full-priced and already-reduced items unless otherwise stated. Leisures reserves the right to modify or withdraw the sale at any time without prior notice.

Online discount application: The 40% off discount is automatically applied at checkout during the 4-hour flash sale (16 June, 5pm–9pm). After 9pm, sale prices of 20–40% off are marked on the site - no discount code required.

3. GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Complimentary gifts are available with qualifying purchases made during the EOFY Sale period, while stocks last:

Gift with purchase is automatically applied based on the qualifying spend threshold. Gifts are not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged, and are subject to availability. One gift tier per transaction. Gift items are available while stocks last and are provided in available colours only - no colour choice is available.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES DURING THE EOFY SALE

The following returns policy applies to all purchases made during the EOFY Online Sale period (5.00pm 16th June – 11.59pm 30th June 2026):

1. Store credit only: All change of mind returns are eligible for store credit only (excluding clearance items which are final sale). Cash refunds will not be issued for change of mind returns during the EOFY Sale period.
2. No exchanges: Due to high order volumes and fast-moving stock levels, we are unable to facilitate exchanges during this period.
3. Condition of returned items: To be valid for a store credit, items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and in original packaging.
4. Gift with purchase returns: If returning an item purchased with a gift with purchase offer, the gift item must also be returned.
5. Store credit processing: Store credits can only be processed upon receipt of goods to our warehouse.
6. Return shipping: A flat rate return fee of $20 applies to all returns. This fee covers your return shipping label and processing, and will be deducted from your store credit value.
   
7. Faulty items: Items deemed faulty are eligible for a full cash refund upon assessment, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at info@leisures.com.au as soon as possible if you receive a faulty item.

5. ORDER FULFILMENT & SHIPPING

• Due to high order volumes during the EOFY period, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
• Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $175. Orders below this amount incur a flat rate of $15 within Australia. For full shipping rates, please read here.
• Orders will be processed in the order they are received.
• You’ll receive email updates with information about your order status and shipping details.
• For any enquiries, please contact us at info@leisures.com.au. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response. During the EOFY Sale, emails will be prioritised over social media messages, emailing us is the best way to get in touch.

5B. PRE-ORDERS & SOLD OUT ITEMS

• Generally we are unable to offer pre-orders or rain-checks on items that have sold out during the sale.
• We encourage you to shop early to secure your favourite styles and sizes.

6. GIFT CARDS

• Gift cards expire 3 years from the date of issue.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Gift cards are valid for in-store and online purchases at leisures.com.au.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

7. STORE CREDITS

• Store credits expire 5 years from the date of issue.
• Store credits are not redeemable for cash.
• Orders using store credits do not qualify for free shipping. Free standard shipping applies only when you spend an additional $175 or more above your store credit value in the same transaction.
• Store credits can be used in-store and online at leisures.com.au.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases.
• Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers.
• Stock is limited, and items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete.
• Gift with purchase is available only while stocks last.
• Gift with purchase cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• Leisures reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
