Terms & Conditions

16 June – 30 June 2025  —  In-Store (physical locations)


1. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions apply to all in-store purchases made during the Leisures End of Financial Year Sale (“EOFY Sale”), held from 16 June to 30 June 2025 at Leisures physical stores.

By making a purchase during the EOFY Sale period, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to in-store purchases only. Separate terms apply to online purchases. You can read these here.


2. DISCOUNT STRUCTURE

The following discounts apply during the EOFY in-store sale:

20%–40% off everything — prices as marked


  • The 40% off discount on 16 June applies to in-store purchases only and is valid between 9am and 5pm.
  • From 17 June onwards, discounts of 20–40% are reflected in the marked prices in-store. No additional discount code is required.
  • Leisures reserves the right to modify or withdraw the sale at any time without prior notice.


3. GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Complimentary gifts are available with qualifying in-store purchases during the EOFY Sale, subject to the following conditions:

Gift with purchase is not available on 16 June. GWP offers commence from 17 June and run until 30 June, or while stocks last.

  • Gift with purchase is applied at point of sale based on the qualifying spend threshold.
  • Gift items are available while stocks last and are provided in available colours only - no colour choice is available.
  • One gift tier per transaction.
  • Gifts are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or returned.


4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The following returns policy applies to all in-store purchases made during the EOFY Sale period (16 June – 30 June 2025):

  1. Exchanges and store credit: All in-store purchases are eligible for an exchange or store credit. Cash refunds will not be issued for change of mind returns.

  2. Faulty items: Items deemed faulty are eligible for a full cash refund upon assessment, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please speak with a team member in-store or contact us at info@leisures.com.au.

  3. Condition of returned items: To be valid for an exchange or store credit, items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and in original packaging.

  4. Gift with purchase returns: If returning an item purchased with a gift with purchase offer, the gift item must also be returned.


These conditions apply to in-store purchases made during the EOFY Sale period only. Our standard returns policy applies to purchases made outside of this period.


5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases.
  • Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers.
  • Stock is limited and availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • Gift with purchase is available only while stocks last.
  • Gift with purchase cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • Leisures reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
