Leisures Email Sign-Up Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Leisures Shoe Boutique.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their first name, valid email address, and mobile phone number via the official competition entry form during the promotional period.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Each individual may win only one prize set.

4. Competition Period
The competition opens on the 16th of January and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 8 February 2026.

5. Prize Details
There are three prize sets to be won. Each prize consists of:

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place on 9 February 2026. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received.

7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email address and/or mobile number provided at entry within 2 business days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Delivery of Prizes
Prizes will be dispatched to an Australian address provided by the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for delays or loss once prizes are dispatched.

9. Marketing & Privacy
By entering, participants consent to joining the Leisures email and SMS mailing lists and receiving marketing communications via email and text message.
Entrants may unsubscribe from email or SMS marketing at any time. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
