Please note that all boots purchased during this promotional period are considered sale items. As outlined in our Sale Item Policy, change-of-mind refunds are not available on sale purchases. If your purchase isn't quite right, you're welcome to return it for an exchange or store credit, provided it meets the conditions of our Returns Policy.
